When we plan our tours, we take into consideration the well-being of all guests. As we have noted, our tours visit battlefields, museums and cobblestone streets. Some sites have longer walks. Additionally, we stay at a mix of modern chain hotels and locally-owned boutique hotels on European tours. These smaller hotels often do not have ADA-compliant accommodations such as elevators, first-floor rooms, wide door frames, and bathroom grab bars. Guests who use wheelchairs are welcomed. This success would be ensured by early planning and the requirement that wheelchair-bound guests have a companion to see to any physical needs. Cancellations must be made in writing/email in order to process any refund. Refunds: If you cancel your tour and would like a refund, please note there is a $50 per person non-refundable fee. For those who paid by credit card, the 3% processing fee incurred during your original payment(s) will also be withheld from the refund. Cancellation Time Line 90-days or more before the start date: I will refund all payments minus a $50 per person admin fee and any credit card processing fee incurred (if applicable). Between 60 and 90 days: You will forfeit your deposit and any credit card fees. Between 30 and 60 days: You shall be responsible for fifty (50%) percent of the tour cost and any credit card fees. 30-days or less: No refunds. You shall be responsible for the total tour cost.
